  • As long as you are a student at Joy English, you can utilize this quality, personalized service. Ask your local branch school for details.

  • Please click on Forgot your password and enter your account name and e-mail. The system will e-mail the password to your registered e-mail to reset your password. You can also go to your local branch school and ask the teacher to help reset the password.

  • Joy English Online School can be run on any mobile device, including tablet computers and mobile phones. Use the browser to sign in and use the Joy English Online School tools.

    • Easy Account Upgrade

      Step 1

      Fill in your personal account and password and click the LOGIN button to access your personal Online School

      Step 2

      Click the Tools in the upper-right hand corner

      Step 3

      After entering the account information, select the Upgrade in the toolbar on the left

      Step 4

      Enter your personal account and password and the requested card and serial number. When finished, select Send to complete the upgrade.

      Step 1

      Log in to the Joy English Online School
      http://testcloud.joy.com.tw or scan the QR code to the right

      Step 2

      Select the application button to begin setting up your personal account and password to apply

      Step 3

      Enter the card number and serial number. When finished, click Next

      Step 4

      Carefully read the terms and conditions and then check the box marked “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of Joy English” and then click Next

      Step 5

      Select a Joy Baby of your choice to serve as your avatar. Then click Next

      Step 6

      Fill in your basic information. Each space must be filled in. Once finished, click Next

      Step 7

      The application is a success. Click the welcome button and begin using the Joy English Online School
